Conducted by our qualified and high-energy trainers, our sessions are held around the 100PLUS Promenade and Sports Hub Lawn Bowls. Join us at our regular sessions and be rewarded for keeping fit with us!

1st Jan - No Session (New Year's Day)
8th Jan - Tabata (Lower Limbs and Speedwork)
15th Jan - Tabata (Lower Limbs and Strengthening)
22nd Jan - Total Body Conditioning (Fartlek)
29th Jan - Cardio HIIT (Agility Training)
