Conducted by our qualified and high-energy trainers, our sessions are held around the 100PLUS Promenade and Sports Hub Lawn Bowls. Join us at our regular sessions and be rewarded for keeping fit with us!
There is no crying in boot camp, only tears of sweat. Boot camp is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise.
