Experience Sports FIT-Sessions brings to you, popular Fitness workouts such as Yoga, Zumba, Superfit (Running), Cardio Blast and more. Conducted by our qualified and high-energy trainers, our sessions are held around the 100PLUS Promenade and Sports Hub Lawn Bowls. Join us at our regular sessions and be rewarded for keeping fit with us!

Be inspired by our Sports Hub Superfit.Community (Run) Programme. This programme is conducted by professional Superfit coaches and is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast preparing for a race or simply a beginner engaging in a recreational workout to keep fit, this fun wellness programme helps to begin your fitness regime and achieve your fitness goals.

Let our Superfit coaches and trainees spur you on at our weekly workout session comprising of the following structured lesson plans.

Superfit Agility - aims to improve body balance, coordination, running speed and skill.
Superfit Strength - helps to build and tone muscles as well as boost metabolism. Superfit Functional Movements - trains muscles to work together efficiently and reduce the risk of an injury.
